Operating characteristics:

  1. Continuous Permissible Operating Temperature:
    PVC Insulation: 70℃
    PE Insulation: 70℃
    HDPE Insulation: 75℃
    XLPE Insulation: 90℃
    (Note: Similar temperature ratings apply to Instrumentation & Control Cable and Low Voltage Power Cable based on insulation material.)

  2. Maximum Temperature of Cable under Short-Circuit (5s Maximum Duration):
    PVC Insulation: 160℃
    PE Insulation: 130℃
    HDPE Insulation: 150℃
    XLPE Insulation: 250℃
    (Ensuring safety across all cable types, including those used in Instrumentation & Control and Low Voltage Power applications.)

  3. Laying Temperature of Cable: Not less than -20℃.
    Operating Ambient Temperature of Cables: -40℃ to 40℃.
    (Suitable for a wide range of environmental conditions, enhancing versatility in various applications.)

  4. Permissible Bending Radius of Cable:
    For 0.6/1kV Cables:
    Bending radius not less than 4D for cable diameter D＜25mm.
    Bending radius not less than 6D for cable diameter D≥25mm.
    For 10kV & 35kV Cables:
    Bending radius not less than 20(D+d) for single-core cables (Note: This may vary depending on specific cable design and manufacturer guidelines.)
    (Note correction: The previously mentioned 15(D+d) for 10kV & 35kV single-core cables was a typographical error. The correct value is 20(D+d), as indicated here.)
    Note: D represents the overall diameter of the cable, and d represents the overall diameter of the conductor.
