LV 0.6/1kV High-Temperature Power Cable
Documentation: LV 0.6/1kv High-temperature Resistant Power Cable (Also Suitable for low voltage power cable, Solar Cable, and Prefabricated Branched Cable Applications)
Application: This product is designed for fixed installation in distribution networks with AC rated voltages of 0.6/1kV or for use in industrial devices under adverse conditions, including high temperatures. It is also suitable for a range of low voltage power applications, solar installations, and prefabricated branched cable systems.
Operating Characteristics
Maximum Permissible Continuous Operating Temperature of Conductor:
Silicon rubber insulation: 180°C
Fluoroplastic insulation: 200°C
Installation Considerations:
The cable should be heated during installation if the ambient temperature falls below 0°C to ensure optimal performance and ease of installation.
Allowed Bending Radius:
For cables without armor or screen structure, the bending radius should not be less than 6 times the cable's outer diameter.
For cables with armor or copper wire screen structure, the bending radius should not be less than 12 times the cable's outer diameter.
This LV 0.6/1kV High-temperature Resistant Power Cable offers a robust and versatile solution for a wide range of applications, ensuring reliable performance and durability even in harsh environments. Whether used in low voltage power systems, solar installations, or prefabricated branched cable systems, this cable provides excellent insulation and temperature resistance to meet the demands of modern electrical infrastructure.
