LV 0.6/1kv XLPE Insulated Electric Cable

Documentation: LV 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulated Electric Cable (Also Suitable as Solar Cable and General Insulated Electric Cable)

Application: This product is designed for use in power distribution networks or fixed installations for industrial equipment with a rated voltage of up to and including 0.6/1kV. It combines the versatility of an LV 0.6/1kV XLPE Insulated Electric Cable, the reliability of an Insulated Electric Cable, and the adaptability of a Solar Cable.

Operating Characteristics

  1. The maximum permissible continuous operating temperature of the conductor is 90°C, ensuring stable performance under normal operating conditions.

  2. The maximum short-circuit temperature of the conductor should not exceed 250°C for a duration of up to 5 seconds, providing protection against thermal overload and short-circuit events.

  3. The ambient temperature during installation should not fall below 0°C to ensure proper handling and installation of the cable.

  4. The bending radius requirements for the cable are as follows:
For single-core cables, the bending radius should not be less than 20 times the cable diameter.
For three-core cables, the bending radius should not be less than 15 times the cable diameter. These guidelines help to prevent damage to the cable during installation and ensure its long-term reliability.
