Application: This cable is designed for use in environments where cable loops may be susceptible to fire spreading or directly affected by fire, as well as other critical sites requiring enhanced fire safety. It is also suitable for applications requiring fire resistant cables, solar cables, and aluminum alloy power cables.

Operating Characteristics

Excellent Fire-resistance: The cable boasts a fire resistance rating that not only meets GB12666.6 Grade A (950°C, 90 minutes) but also satisfies the standards of BS6387-1994. During burning, the cable remains capable of enduring water spray and mechanical impact.
Long Continuous Length: Both single-core and multi-core cables can meet power supply demands, with a maximum length of up to 2000 meters.
Large Section Area: The section area of a single-core cable can reach 1000 mm², while multi-core cables can have a section area of up to 240 mm².
Flexibility and Coil Packaging: The cable is flexible and can be packaged in coils, with a bending radius of more than 20D.
Non-smoking and Non-toxic when Burning: The insulation material is inorganic, which generates no harmful gases when burned.
Large Overload Capacity: The cable not only has a high carrying capacity but also excellent overload capabilities. Depending on wire arrangement, the normal surface temperature of the cable does not exceed 70°C. When the cable cannot be touched and is not in contact with combustible building materials, the cable sheath temperature can reach 105°C. The allowed working temperature can reach 250°C during overload conditions.
Corrosion-resistant Copper Sheath: The copper sheath provides excellent corrosion resistance, eliminating the need for additional tubing.
No Electromagnetic Interference: Shielded by the copper sheath, the cable does not interfere with signals and can transmit control cable information without disruption.
Enhanced Safety: The cable ensures normal power supply in the event of a fire, and the fire-resistant properties can reduce fire damage and ensure personal safety. The copper sheath serves as an excellent ground lead, covering the entire length of the cable.
Long Service Life: The inorganic insulation material is resistant to high temperatures and aging, resulting in a significantly longer service life compared to organic insulation cables. It can almost match the lifespan of buildings.
