PVC Insulated & Sheath control cable

Documentation: PVC Insulated & Sheath Control Cable, Instrumentation & Control Cable, Solar Cable, and Fire Resistant Cable

Application: The product is suitable for system connection wires of control, signal, protection, or measuring applications with a rated voltage up to and including 450/750V. It also encompasses Instrumentation & Control Cable for precision instrumentation and control systems, Solar Cable designed for use in solar power generation systems, and Fire Resistant Cable for applications requiring enhanced fire safety.

Operating characteristics:

Allowed Max. Continuous Running Temperature of Conductor: 70℃ (PVC insulated) for standard control cables, with similar temperature ratings applicable to Instrumentation & Control Cable and Solar Cable when specified.
Max. Temperature of Conductor during Short Circuit: Should be less than 160℃ for not more than 5 seconds, ensuring safety across all cable types, including Fire Resistant Cable which maintains integrity under extreme conditions.
Ambient Temperature of Installation: Should be less than 0℃ for optimal performance and longevity, although specific ranges may vary depending on the cable type and application (e.g., Solar Cable may have broader temperature tolerance for outdoor installations).
Recommended Allowed Bending Radius:
For Non-Armoured Cable (including standard control cables and Instrumentation & Control Cable): Not less than 6 times the cable diameter.
For Armoured or Copper-Tape-Screened Cable (also applicable to certain types of Instrumentation & Control Cable and Solar Cable): Not less than 12 times the cable diameter.
For Screened Flexible Cable (often used in Instrumentation & Control applications): Not less than 6 times the cable diameter, ensuring flexibility without compromising cable integrity.
Note: Specific characteristics and ratings may vary depending on the exact cable type and manufacturer specifications. Always refer to the product datasheet for detailed information.
